Yes these were satin but they were only one layer and the satin part was in the outside. The part that touched your hair is the backside of the satin, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Absolutely love this. I got this in the mail just yesterday and took it out of the bag and immediately put it on my head and it’s been on ever since. It’s so comfortable, I forget I’m wearing it. A new favorite. A quick tip for anyone who intends to wear it for long periods of time, don’t put it on your edges as it will pull them. Slide the bonnet over your forehead and around your ears to keep your edges safe and snug. It might feel weird to have your ears covered, but you’ll get used to it in a few minutes. You won’t remember it’s there after a while. I highly recommend this bonnet.

I like to wear these at night to keep my hair from breaking, due to the friction from my pillow. I found them a little tight at first but I cut a slit in the side of them to make them more comfortable.

The bonnet has its advantages and disadvantages. For me, the disadvantages outweigh the good. Advantages: the elastic band prevents the bonnet from falling off while you’re sleep, the colors are aesthetically pleasing, and the price is good. Disadvantages: the material on the inside makes your hair sweat because it retains heat. (Huge problem for people who are natural like myself). The elastic band is not adjustable so it can be a little too tight. I would not use this product in the future or recommend it to anyone, as the point of a bonnet is to protect and preserve your hairstyle. This product only fulfills half of that. If my hair is sweating through the night due to lack of ventilation then my hairstyle is ruined not preserved.

The fit is snug but not uncomfortable, stayed on the whole night.

Got these today. The price is great compared to other stores. They are snug but wasnt tight to me. As several other reviews stated they are big in size but will work if you have braids or a long sew in like i have.. I do wish the vendor would offer these in small and medium sizes as well. Overall i am pleased with my purchase.

I should have returned. The band is too tight. I cut it to relieve pressure m. I had to cut it in 6 different places.

The inside is rough which defeats the reason I bought it- to have a silk/satin on my hair. It is rougher than my pillow on the inside.

It is very comfy. Just what i wanted.

A lil loose for my head so that, but other wise great texture, does the job....

Review from my wife: It's neither satin not silk. It's polyester. Wore it for one night and woke up in a pool of sweat. Hair became completely frizzy. The elastic band isn't tight enough to stay on all night and had to be adjusted again and again.

In love with these. I wear them every single night and it has drastically improved my hair when it comes to the amount of frizz and breakage. So soft and comfortable; even the band is comfortable.
