This product does not work is an SCAM bigtime. Do not buy this product. I spent almost 100 dollars on this and did not work.

One of the women at my gym uses this stuff and told me it worked and since she lost a lot I thought why not. In not quite a month I have lost 20 lbs. The main problem I have had is I feel nauseated if I eat very much.

I was skeptical, but I'm glad I ordered. This works better than anything else I've tried! I eat healthily--plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grains--pills that work solely through fat binding never do me any good. I overeat, though, so this was exactly what I needed! I now feel full sooner (but not stuffed or bloated!), so I stop eating sooner. I also feel like the emotions that triggered me to overeat are better under control. No more sad nights with a pint of ice cream! I've lost a lot so far, and am really looking forward to fitting back into my jeans from high school!

It works just fine, of course it doesn't make me feel stuffed like when I eat a full plate of food but in conjunction to my diet and exercise it has been working pretty well. I'll get any help I can to loose weight and these filling-fiber formula is a go for me. No side effects. I'm happy with it.

This stuff works pretty good.. I have already lost quite a few pounds in less than a month and I am feeling great!
