Expensive but immediately and forever comfy. I have slightly wide feet; these don't pinch. They feel quite tight to start with but do loosen (or the material relaxes) after a few days of wear. As time goes on the zips run more freely too.I've bought 4 or 5 pairs over the years; with almost daily wear each pair has lasted me 1 to 2 seasons, sometimes into a 3rd season (worn autumn to early spring depending on the weather).Easy to keep clean if you wipe them down regularly. Also available in blue (which I've also bought).Smart-casual wear, tending perhaps a bit more towards smart. The only downside is if they get big scuffs the marks are hard to hide so the boots can look old and worn, making them casual wear only, but that's probably true of all footwear.

These boots were a replacement for my worn out hotter boots. Very pleased as they are a exact copy, and I have been very happy with this make and design.

This is the second pair of Hotter Whisper boots. The first pair lasted for years. They are so comfortable. I may order another pair in case they stop making them.
