I absolutely love this bed. We purchased because we were leaving our 11 month old for 2 weeks and didn’t want him sleeping with my parents or in-laws while gone so we wouldn’t have issues putting him back in his crib when we got back.The bed is beautiful, it’s sturdy (when your frustration level allows you to finish the last step) and was perfect for what we needed.I wish I had read reviews about that last step before we purchased because it’s an absolute nightmare. The angle that you have to screw the screws with that Allen wrench lets you turn the wrench 1/64 of a turn every time before you have to reposition. Whoever designed that, I hope you stub your toe and trip into a pit of packing peanuts.I love the bed and returning it would actually be much less of a hassle than finishing that last step, but I’m just going to live with it. Unfortunately, we still use the bed and I pray my son doesn’t move too much while he’s sleeping because I can never finish the last step, which makes the bed unstable. Lucky him, the bed is close to the floor so the fall won’t be too bad.If you purchase, you WILL get frustrated and annoyed by that last step. May the odds be ever in your favor.

This bed was a nightmare to put together, and we bought 2. I have put together countless furnitures over the years, beds, cribs, bookshelves, tv stands, couches, tables, chairs, etc., and this one is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had putting anything together. The last step where you put the 2 ends together and attach them with this middle piece with 4 screws was impossible to achieve with the angle of the screws. I initially thought it’s just the angle making it so hard but I realized the screws just don’t go past the half way point without anything attached. It’s just horrible craftsmanship and design overall.I finally put the beds together after much frustration only because I didn’t want the hassle of returning such big items. Are they sturdy? No, they are not because the middle section is impossible to put the screws in all the way so it’s not sturdy, but I’m very exhausted, and I cannot turn the screws anymore due to poor craftsmanship so I give up.I regret getting these 2 beds but we’re stuck with them now. Hope this review can help someone not to make a bad decision like I did.

I bought this bed for my grandson, and he loves it. One of the things that I love the most is that you can use the same crib mattress and sheets for this bed. It's great for transitioning from a baby crib to a toddler bed. It was also easy to assemble.

We bought this bed for my son to transition from a crib to a bed and it is the perfect height and size for him. Assembly was easy and a good price. He loves his big boy bed and the holes aren’t to big and it is comfortable for him.

This clearly isn't the most difficult thing I've ever built, but it's definitely #1 on my "most annoying" list. Before I get into the building process, let me get into the smell. It was very prominent even after letting it sit and breathe for a while. Strong smells don't bother me much unless it smells like a dead NYC rat in a garbage disposal, but this gave me a headache after a while of building. Either the paint or the finish should definitely be rethought, because others with higher sensitivity could definitely have more issues than I did.Now onto the building... oh man.Someone didn't learn "measure twice, cut once" and it shows because two of the legs are uneven, so now the bed rocks when you put pressure in different places. Some of the slats were warped, and a couple of the pre drilled holes weren't lining up how they should've. And my absolute *favorite* part (sarcasm) was the very last step when you finally connect the two sides together with the small pieces of wood. To whoever designed that step, I genuinely hope the hallway light doesn't work when you get up to go pee at night and the floor is covered in d4s and ultrafine glitter. I had to pry away chunks of the thin spots of wood to where I could get more than 1/6 of a turn with my own allen wrench because the one I was provided had already worn away and was leaving behind metal shavings at that point. I was so happy to finally be finished, but didn't get to enjoy ten minutes of a dopamine high because I was overrun with feelings of annoyance and frustration along with very colorful dialogue.That concludes my review for this toddler bed. If you choose to proceed with purchase and assembly, do so at your own sanity risk.
