It is difficult to assess whether a supplement is working as promised since it's rarely used as the single approach to weight control. I started taking PurityLabs Forskolin a couple of years back while also exercising heavily and completely cutting down on sugar. My appetite certainly was controlled during that time, and Forskolin may have helped keep sugar cravings low, but it would be one among several factors. I did continue to take it after reading some of the research behind the claims, and the fact that Forskolin is used in actual biology research to stimulate cells in much the same way as it is supposed to work when used as a supplement. And I'm sticking with Purity Labs since it seems to offer among the highest Forskolin content per cap in the market, at least last time I checked. The company seems genuinely dedicated to produce high-quality supplements and I'll probably keep buying from them as long as they keep it up. But I'll keep an eye on the labels since it wouldn't be the first time a company decides to cut down in quality after building a support basis.

I take herbs whenever I can so I was taking several along with Forskolin for eye and other issues. This was something new so I tried it and found out that it was more concerned with weight than eyes. I began to take it and it was helpful regarding my weight, which I am happy about.
