Not happy
This guitar case was a Christmas present for my son. It arrived broken/damaged.We were expected to pay for the postage for the return of the item and would only get refunded £4.75 . When we took it to the post office it was going to cost us £21.00 !!! Not happy!

Mal embalado y con cierres de mala calidad
Compré este estuche para una guitarra Yamaha NTX700, que según Yamaha-USA usan el mismo tipo de estuche que las APX. Efectivamente, se adapta más o menos a ese modelo (un poco ajustado).El problema: el estuche llegó envuelto en una bolsa de plástico (es decir, sin protección), que estaba rota, denotando los golpes que había recibido en el camino. Al abrir la bolsa me encuentro pequeños rasguños en el revestimiento del estuche, la tapa no encaja con el estuche porque los golpes han desviado las bisagras, y uno de los cierres está roto.Por supuesto, parte del problema es Seur. Amazon no me permitió la opción de enviar a un sitio de recogida Seur (opción segura para quienes trabajamos), y Seur nunca anuncia cuándo va a pasar por mi domicilio. Seur supone que los clientes de Amazon nos pasamos todos los días en casa esperando que ellos pasen, sin trabajar. Moraleja: el estuche estuvo de reparto varios días, y allí seguramente se rompió al no tener embalaje.Un estuche de guitarra (o de cualquier cosa) ha de venir en una caja de cartón, suficientemente acolchada por dentro para que llegue en perfectas condiciones.Los cierres tampoco son de muy buena calidad, también hay que decirlo.

Schwarzer Koffer
Im Grunde genommen bin ich damit zufreiden. Das Schloss an einem der Verschlüsse ist nur zur Dekoration, wie mir scheint und auf dem Foto ist der Koffer in Grün abgebildet. Dieser hätte mir zwar optisch besser gefallen aber ich habe zu spät gelesen, dass der Koffer schwarz ist. Schön finde ich das kleine Extrafach. Die Innenpolsterung ist weich, etwa 2cm dick und schön flauschig bezogen. Fühlt sich gut an. Der Tragegriff ist etwas schwammig angebracht und von der Haptik her sehr hart. Da müsste ein besserer mit Leder bezogener Griff ran. Des Weiteren drei Deckelschaniere, Metalfüsse (kein Gummi) auf allen Seiten, und eine coole Plakette auf der Vorderseite.
