APSU Superfood Multivitamin with Joint Support, 60 Tablets, 6.2 Ounce

I have been using APSU for the past year and find it superior to all other supplements I have used for recovery and joint health. As an older water athlete, I need all the help I can get, putting APSU into my breakfast smoothie adds a boost to my morning. I appreciate a clean, natural product that works well in my body without overload of vitamins like so many others. Going to experiment with an evening routine and think that may work great for recovery after a day on the water and overuse of these abused joints!

I have to confess that I have a drawer full of multi vitamins but the only one that I keep reordering is apsu. It delivers great ingredients to ensure peak performance at a very reasonable price. Once a year I go to Bali for one month of non stop surfing, working and playing and i always make sure that there is a full bottle of apsu in my pack to keep me going. This is a great product. If you care about your health, don't think about it, just get it. A lot of thought went into this product. I use to take all sorts of supplements, now just APSU. It was made for active people but it will help anyone. Did I say just get it? I surf, I paddle board, I snowboard and I work out a lot. This product keeps me going. Never felt better.

My mom has been taking these for almost two weeks. She likes them so far. Much too soon to tell about long-term results, but she loves that the ingredients are targeted for joint support. She sometimes has trouble with knee pain.TIP: The pills are a little large for her, so she cuts them in half and allows it to dissolve in a glass of water for 10-30 minutes. This makes it much easier for her to swallow and faster for her body to digest. She takes the first half during breakfast and the second half during dinner. Some multivitamins can cause her to stay up at night if she takes them too late in the day. Day 3 on these and so far both me and my hubby are impressed! We're taking this and a B12 supplement and we're feeling great with lots of energy! I like that these have a pleasant smell...not the stinky one you expect when taking a traditional multi. This is a very high quality vitamin and I will be reordering before I see the bottom of this bottle!
