Great smell but not overwhelming

It smells very good! Not exactly like a Christmas tree but close enough to the smell I was looking for

I ordered this balsam fir oil after a couple surprise vermin visitors started a home in the dilapitated stairs outside my garage. I'd read this scent drives them away, and not wanting to kill them but rather force them away, I dribbled the oil on a bunch of cotton balls on laid them on the ground surrounding the stairs like a "fence". One day I saw one pop out, then it scurried right back in under the stairs. I haven't seen them since, I think they've moved out.Very potent oil, could smell the balsam as I opened the package, well-wrapped and no breakage. Arrived VERY quickly, so appreciative of that. Bought this hoping for a nice Christmas smell. Scent is very light. Even with alot of drops. And the little scent you could smell Is not pleasant. Smells like oil from a lantern.

I love this smell! It’s like being in a xmas tree forest. After I took my realXmas tree down I really missed that comforting smell and wanted it around still so I ordered this and the “deep forest” blend. I put it in a diffuser which is a heated water device you plug in, and added about 4 drops and it is pretty strong and lasts. I found this Balsam Fir to have a much more true xmas tree scent than the Deep forest blend and so I just ordered some more :) Now i can have that same comforting feeling all year that my xmas tree is still around or I live in a cabin in the woods instead of a house near a yucky city :’(

I love the smell of pine trees and Christmas. This has kind of an off smell. Not very pine-y

Super happy with this so far. My boyfriend and I love Christmas time and the scent of Christmas trees. I got this hoping it would bring that into our apartment despite the absence of a real tree and boy does it ever! I put a few drops into our defuser (it’s actually a humidifier with a spot for essential oils) and our bedroom smells heavenly. Four stars for longevity because I haven’t had it long enough to know how long the bottle will last and likely at the rate I’ll use it it’ll be gone quick anyway. But I will definitely be ordering more. Buy this if you love Christmas tree smells!

I purchased the balsam fir and I cannot even decide what the smell is of this product. All I can compare it to is the smell of water coming from a dehumidifier from like 40 years ago when nothing was added to the water. I will not purchase this brand again and will be throwing this one away.
