Excellent source of power when there is an outage.
This battery was able to power my CPAP machine for two nights with the humidifier on.

Battery won't charge, but manufacturer quickly replaced it :)
Battery won't charge first time out of box. Contacted tech support and they MIGHT be able to supply a replacement in time for my son's backpacking tripUpdate: The manufactures quickly shipped a replacement unit and it is charging. :)

This is as good as advertised
I purchased another battery but returned it after their “40 hour” estimate for my respironics CPAP (pressure is at 12) lasted 7 hours. I did a lot of research since I didn’t want to make the same mistake twice and will need this for a 3 night backpacking trip. I’m now on day four and this battery has exceeded my expectations.

Too heavy {Especially if you are traveling by Motorcycle}
Besides being a brick, It does not have the correct output ports for my Resmed Mini CPAP. I suppose I could spend more money on cabling, but for the $500.00 price of admission, that should not be necessary.

Great battery, decent value, a bit heavy for hiking and camping but still very viable
I purchased this so I could go camping with my son (young Boy Scout) and still use my BIPAP (Resmed Aircurve 10 VAuto). It worked well with my machine, with humidification on, for about 5.5 hours. I expect that it will work a full 8+ hours without humidification on (which I'm not crazy about but will do). It took ~ 8 hours to charge the battery via outlet. The battery adds ~7.5 pounds to your pack (with the required DC Converter for my machine), so be aware of that impact if you are hiking into your camp site.
