I am on my third bottle of this. Let me try to break down my experiences with it: - I have what I call my "hair test" with different testosterone boosters. I am naturally not a very hairy person, including not being able to grow a full beard (with light brown and blond hairs on my arms and legs). I also have other symptoms of low testosterone, but have never gotten tested. Of course, this means I have tried my fair share of testosterone boosters. Half do not have any effect. Half have actually caused a few hairs to grow on my body - hence calling it my "hair test". Before starting EVLTest, I had about 10 hairs on my chest and around 4 or so on each shoulder. During my first bottle, I doubled the number of hairs on my chest. During bottle 2 and going into bottle 3, I have grown hair on my stomach for the first time ever (more hairs than I care to count). In addition, the hairs on my arms go past my elbows. Keep in mind, I am not some hairy beast now. They are still light brown and not even visible unless close up. However, this is leaps and bounds more hair growth than any other test booster has resulted in. This makes me a believer in its impact on testosterone. - Now on to muscle tone, which I am sure more people are interested in. This product in combination with Pump Mode definitely has an impact on my workouts. I've noticed that my arms and chest look much fuller. For my workouts in general, I've never been able to push myself to the point of getting sore after a workout. Normally my energy is exhausted before pushing my muscle to their limits - even with preworkout energy drinks. I can now get to the point where my muscles are sore for a couple of days after a workout. I can feel a tightness in the muscle bellies that I have not felt before. - For sleeping, this definitely works. However there are a few caveats: 1. If I take 4 of the pills, I wake up two hours later with a severe migraine and cannot fall back to sleep. Taking 3 pills works better for me. 2. On the first 3-5 days of using it (even after a few weeks break in between bottles), I get a buzzed sensation during the night that goes away after a couple of hours the following morning. After those first few days, I do not get the buzzed feelings or migraines. 3. I really need to be heading to bed immediately after taking this. There seems to be a 20-30 minute window where I get tired very quickly. If I do not try to fall asleep during that time (from playing mobile games, checking emails, reading, etc.), I miss the window and then am awake for the next 3-4 hours. I still feel rested during the day, but the following night I feel like I am going to crash. To summarize everything, if body hair growth is any indication of a testosterone booster working, then this works. It also seems to have an impact on workouts. You just have to watch your dosage as taking too much may have a negative impact on sleep.

One of the other most important advertised results from EVLTest I noticed was the significant improvement in quality of sleep. While taking EVLTest prior to sleep every night, I noticed I started sleeping deeper and heavier. The first couple nights I even slept throughout the whole night without waking up at all which is a big thing for me. Usually I'd wake up 2-3 times during the night. The sexual drive and performance definitely got a boost as well. The pills are a little on the bigger side but nothing bothersome compared to some of the "horse pills" that are out there in the supplement industry. Overall, I'm very surprised and pleased with this product and will keep it mixed in regularly with my future routines.

This product will definitely deliver as stated. I have used this product many times in the past. Each time, I've noticed immediately sleep benefits like falling asleep faster and staying asleep. The testosterone benefits usually peak after a week of nightly use and within the two week mark. You will notice some increased aggression (nothing unacceptable), possible mild reaction to skin which looks like acne but actually just the hormonal shift lasting 1 to 3 days, and then the orange urine based on the ingredients. There is definitely a differenc e being on it versus off it.. There are many ways to cycle it: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; Weekdays on / Weekdays off; ever other day, 3 weeks / 1 week off; or Entire bottle / 2 weeks off.. Whatever the approach, it makes sense to have a lifestyle that supports its use rather than using it to support a lifestyle. In other words, it would not be most effective to use it to replace a lower testosterone lifestyle to make up the deficit ( lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyle, poor nutrition, and inadequate sleep). Instead, work out, eat plenty of protein with decent amounts of fat, get enough sleep, hydrate, and be more active I'm general. That's a general rundown. Beyond that, this supplement has always been extremely effective and I have used over 5 bottles in 5 years..

This is actually a product I have experimented with. It definitely helps sleep and reduces subcutaneous fat and water. Interesting mix of ingredients: Vitamin D – 50 mg Vitamin B6 – 11 mg Magnesium – 160 mg Zinc – 30 mg D-Aspartic Acid – 3,120 mg Tribulus Terrestris Extract – 750 mg Fenugreek Seed Extract – 500 mg Diindolylmethane (DIM) 250 mg So first of all, don't expect this product to boost your Testosterone! Like most supplements, any effects on T levels are going to be zero or minimal What is will do however is clear estrogen (the DIM and Tribulus do this), which will create effects AS IF your T was boosted a bit. Quality Tribulus is known as a hormonal balancer, and is great for both sexes. Good for any hormonal imbalance, the only negative to Tribulus is that it is a little hard on the gut Magnesium and Zinc of course are always excellent to supplement in chelated forms for many reasons, including restful sleep, blood pressure, energy, hormonal levels, and so on Vitamin D is fine to supplement too, but as you may have heard me say before, sunshine is a far more effective and healthy way to up your Vitamin D levels Fenugreek extract is particularly interesting in this product - it sensitizes cell to insulin - so it reduces insulin resistance, at least in the short term This is supposed to shift nutrient partitioning away from fat to muscle cells. It also drops your blood sugar which I think is a major factor for this product helping you fall to sleep (along with relaxing Magnesium) The B6 is there to help everything else work The one ingredient that is iffy is the D-Aspartic Acid. I don't see any scientific proof that it does anything at all. Maybe the formulators know something I don't, because this overall supplement works pretty well With the high amounts of ingredients (including minerals), I would caution people to be careful of a full dosing on this product, as you could easily give yourself a dehydration headache I usually only take a half or 3/4 dosage, and make sure to intake plenty of H2O with it Even though this is clearly marketed to men, this would be fine for a woman to take, and would be good for reducing Estrogen dominance, menopause, and any hormonal imbalance Keep in mind that better sleep improves many markers for health

I am a 33 year old healthy/active male. I ordered this because I was looking for that "extra edge/push" for my workouts. On average I spend about 2 hours in the gym at least 4 days out of the week. I have been taking this product for 16 days and note the following: This product really does help you fall asleep/wake up well rested. I read a few reviews from others saying that it caused them to go to the bathroom multiple time throughout the night but I have not had that problem. I normally make one trip to bathroom on any given night but I noticed that I am able to fall back to sleep much quicker while taking this product. I have noticed a slight increase in my strength and muscle definition but not much. I noticed that I did get a slight headache a few minutes after taking the pills for the first 3-4 days (only lasted 10-15 minutes each time) I ordered two bottles so I will continue to take for the next 1.5 months and give an updated review once finished.

I'm 59 years old male. I workout 4 to 6 days a week. I thought this stuff might help in recovery. I was dead wrong! I used the product for 3 weeks. Because I was just starting I went 3 pills instead of 4. During the first week I was woken up in the middle of the night. Sleep habits where terrible. On the 2nd week I woke up in the middle of the night with a monster headache. Shivering I thought I had the flu. The next day woke up to a pool of sweat in the bed as the fever broke. Joint pain and muscle soreness I have never experienced before. I stopped for a few day because of travel but then started again. On the next Friday I took the 3 giant pills. Woke up in the middle of the night and had shivering in my body for the 2nd time. Massive headache. I have not had a migraine before but I think this might be close. I actually felt nauseous. When I bent over my head was pounding. The joint and muscle pain were back. I had a fever. I measure my heart rate when I work out so I put on the Polar strap and started to monitor. I could not get my resting heart rate below 112 BPM. My body temp was 101. Flu right? Not so. Of course I stopped. Woke up in a pool of sweat the next morning as the fever broke. Feeling much better now writing this to WARN buyers. Pros: Saw none Cons: Terrible sleep. Headache. Joint pain. Muscle soreness. Racing heart beat. Fever. Seriously, I bought this reading all the positive reviews. I usually don't ever give a product a 1 and kind of ignored them. My bad. Some of them were correct. Read the other 1 star reviews. I'm not the only one. You MUST consult with a doctor before taking these things. I didn't. Again my bad. It might work for you but was terrible for me. Choose wisely!

Experienced very good, deep sleeps while taking these tablets. Did not really notice any improvement to energy levels, libido or lifting capability, but did wake up feeling more refreshed. Don't buy these expecting some sort of miracle testosterone boost, they're essentially just multi vitamins that aid in your rest/recovery from training. They work very well for that purpose.

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this product and I saw people complaining about headaches which I dismissed. On the 2nd day of taking these I had the most painful headache of my life. I took Panadol and Nurofen all day and it finally started to settle down after about 12 hours. Save yourself the trouble and just don't buy it.
