The color & material were Very Nice. I ordered the XL size, thinking based on other reviews, so I thought it would be little on the loose side. I have a 40" waist & 47" chest. I couldn't even button the chest. There was at least a 3" gap. didn't even bother trying the waist. The inside tab said " XL". It couldn't have been. Either the label was wrong or the size chart is way off. Too bad...

My husband wore this for his sisters wedding and I think they looked great! Didn’t look like they came from Amazon. My husband wears a large in most shirts and ordered this in a large as well and fit him perfect

I was skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised y this vest. Needed something decent for a wedding and needed it quick. Very happy with the purchase. Easily on par with department store, brand name vests for $75-100. Came with an interesting zip up tie too. Wont use that probably, but it’s actually kinda nice and doesn’t look bad like a clip on. I’m 6’, slender, got a medium and she fits perfectly.

Very poor quality control. I ordered this for a wedding I was notified of at the last minute. It did arrive in time, but the quality is terrible. There are loose thread ends in pretty much every stitch. I might have dealt with that, but all three pockets were sewn shut. All three. Sewn shut. Yeah.So it's getting returned. I was offered a replacement, but being as the wedding will be here before the replacement arrives, I guess I'm out of luck.UPDATE: The replacement arrived 2 days after I needed it for a wedding, and it has tje same defects as the first-all the pockets are sewn shut, and there are loose threads all over it-included just coming out of random spots there are no stitches. Returning for a refund, and will avoid this brand in the future.

Vest was shipped with deep deep creases that had to be heavily ironed out prior to wearing. Vest fit very largely around the midsection. Kind of the opposite of a slim fit. I don't think I'd recommend ordering a size smaller to fix it though. There may be people out there than need a little more room in only the midsection, and this vest would work well.The tweed in the front speaks of a more casual look, but the silk in the back is more formal. It should either be more formal or more casual, it doesn't ride the fence very well.

The vest itself is nice. It did have a lot of loose threads on it which at first glance looked like flaws, but they were, in fact, just random threads that were not attached to the vest. The problem is poor button placement. Thankfully I have needle and thread and am confident with repositioning the button(s). As you can see in my photo, the top button is placed far too low compared to the button hole, making a very obvious bulge in the fabric. I'll fix it, but why should I have to repair a brand new article of clothing?

These aren't 100% wool, and for the price I wouldn't expect it. But it's good quality, especially for the price. The garment has good stitching and sturdy, attractive fabric. Fit is as expected and adjustable enough to cover up where it isn't. The vest is warm enough but not too heavy. It gives a good appearance and should last for many years

This vest comes as pictured. The material and quality of the garment are both fair given the price. However, comments regarding the sizing problems are quite accurate. I'm an XL at the moment and ordered a 2XL given the reviews made by others about sizing. I think if I lose 30 or 40 pounds I *might* fit into the 2XL. My recommendation if you are considering a purchase is to buy a size twice that of what you would normally select and you *might* be able to squeeze into it.

This is going to be a bit of a funny review .For the fact I don't have as much issue with the product as I do with the other reviews I have read before I purchased this product .Product is well made and a very good deal for its price .My issue is everyone in the review was telling me or saying go a size bigger because the product comes a lot smaller so if you're a large get an extra large if you're an extra large get a double extra large so I did the freaking thing is hugeSo I ordered two more the exact size . So this misleading information made it hard for me to purchase the right size the first time please be aware

I recommend this, definatley stands out in a crowd.... my friend said I looked expensive.... bang for your buck... if you put it in your cart and maybe undecided..... pull the trigger great buy... I’m 6’1 250, 40 yrs, xxl fits like a glove..... I rock it with a royal blue button down, blue jeans and a big belt buckle.... comfortable.... pockets are sewed shut, open easily, if I had to say something negative.... I wish the buttons we’re oversized and silver

Excellent product. Stitching on the back vest is tight and sturdy, and the fabric on the front is high quality, woven and thick. The vest is well tailored and looks good under a blazer or on its own. A good product for urban white collar work or costume. The green is very olive, with a more subdued olive in the back. Not forest green, this would go well with any tweed or earth tones, as it has very little blue in it.

Good quality vest, seems to be durable and well made. Some loose threads but nothing that appeared to be loose stitching.Ordered to wear for our wedding. Fit according to the size chart, so glad we didn’t size up like other reviews has said. My fiancé is a taller slim build and this fit him perfectly.
