Love the hand and how pretty it is, but not very practical once the cone is burnt down. Becomes messy when you want to remove the ash to replace it. Also the cones aren’t labeled for any scent they are and I don’t like how it smells at all, almost like a chemical smell? They all smell very similar and I’m bummed cause other than that I love the piece.

I absolutely love my incense burner! I guess I'm lucky because mine came in perfect condition. The scent is just a basic incense smell, I burn candles as well, I don't think they smell like a campfire at all. It's beautiful and relaxing to watch! It is a bit smaller than I expected, but I'm actually glad it is now that I have it. I would give this incense burner set a 10/10!!!

Just got mine and I LOVE it!!! Mine was a little darker but I don't mind. Looks great on my mantle!Few things to note:- The incense sticks are BLANKS. Soak them in your own scented oils and try them out.- The cones don't smell very good and burn quickly. But appreciate they were included and you get a TON.- The tweezers was a smart thing to include as well, will be using them regularly- The felt mat I'm assuming is for setting a newly lit cone down so it burns for a bit before setting it on the burner? Idk I'm using it to set the burner on. Looks fine like that.For the price though it's worth it.

OK, I love this incense burner. I have no idea why people say the incense doesn't flow through - meaning the white smoke doesn't drift down like a foggy lake- mine sure does! It s really better than described...BUT! Have to mention that first one came completely broken (this is a ceramic item, not resin) but was quickly replaced. I'd recommend as a gift, but make sure it comes to YOU first so you can be sure its not broken before giving. Otherwise, I'm betting it will meet or exceed your expectations!

I'm new to incense, I have noticed that the cones that come with the product don't really have a potent smell. Also, they bagged up all the cones together, so they all just kind of smell the same to me. I also noticed that there is some gunk build up in the hole after I burn a cone. I'm not sure if that is normal or not. On a positive, I do really like the aesthetic of this piece.

This is an absolutely gorgeous incense holder!! I ordered the blue and it’s slightly less vibrant than in the pictures but it’s still gorgeous. It looks mostly black in the pics but I can see the swirls of turquoise and brown in person. They give you more than enough incense cones and the back flow of the incense smoke creates such a beautiful effect.It arrived within 1 day and tightly packed in styrofoam. Its a little smaller than I imagined but I’m extremely happy with it.

That's not a complaint because the seller was very prompt with sending the replaced. I love it and will definitely purchase another one simply because it's extremely calming and it's very beautifully sculptured.

I love this insence holder when the A/C is not interfering with the flow it will fill the base with the smoke and flow along the hand. The lotus is VERY fragile and a couple of the petals had arrived broken. I was going to request a refund but once I seen how delicate the lotus wasI changed my mind. The lotus is so delicate it almost looks like a real one and that adds to the charm

I got it for my boss for a Christmas present and when I opened it to make sure it wasn’t damaged or anything the Lotus flower was missing. Our Staff Christmas party was in a few days and I needed to give him it as a gift and would not have enough time to return it. I contacted the company and explained what happened. They got back to me the next day and they actually kept messaging me to keep me up to date on what they were doing to remedy the situation. I could tell that they were staying on top of things and that they really cared. It was actually probably the best customer service I’ve had with any business, not just on Amazon. I’ve seen some reviews giving lower ratings because of problems with the product but I would tell anyone that if there is any problems the company will take care of you without any hassle. I was able to give my boss the lotus flower the next week.I ended up getting one for myself and the incense burner works great. You do have to make sure you place the incense cone carefully on top. There is nothing that keeps it securely in place. I think that maybe because the cone burns down maybe it creates some sort of suction and keeps it in place. I’ve never had the cone fall off. It takes a couple of minutes for the smoke to start trickling down and the the longer the cone burns the more the smoke begins to form a waterfall and spills all the way down into the bottom reservoir.Note: I put my lotus flower in a cup, it was not included.

The media could not be loaded. I liked this a lot. It came nicely packaged and the product has some weight to it! It seems to be more expensive than it really is. Although the scent that it comes with is pretty terrible (smells like smoke) and it burned very quickly; I’ll have to buy new incense. However it does look like a fountain flow so the aesthetic is very appealing!

I was a bit worried about the reviews saying the holes aren't drilled properly and how the flow doesn't work right but for me, it worked flawlessly first try. The smell reminds me of my childhood when my mother prayed with incense. Doesn't bother me at all. I find the smell to be very light. Not sure if some reviewers are more sensitive to smell or not but this is nowhere near being "potent" or "too strong".Great purchase! Now I can pray and meditate
