love the pillow case that I got but advertisement led me to believe I was getting a pair but only received one case & cost me $20 for that one....very disappointed especially after unsuccessful attempt to contact Joye Design House...will not make any further purchases to them again....hate their service

They are not as soft as some pillowcases. It gets the job done, and matches my bed spread.
