Tinted recessed ceiling lights
Worked great to tint some ceiling lights that were driving me crazy. I couldn't stand the white lenses against a black ceiling. This did the trick. Definitely lowered the light output a little, but that doesn't bother me too much, as I don't use the overhead lights when watching TV. Very happy with the look.

Great customization at a low cost
This wrap is pretty much exactly what I expected, which is a good thing! I purchased it solely to tint the headlight on my motorcycle (see pic), but am now considering using what’s left on my truck’s headlights as well. I will mention that the face of the headlight I used it on is a completely flat, smooth surface so I can’t speak for it’s ability to bend/adhere around corners and edges. What I can say is that for my purpose, the wrap went on in a snap and looks great, I didn’t have any problems with wrinkles or creases and I can tell they would be easy to work out with a heat gun or blow dryer. For the $10 price tag and the sick touch of customization it adds, I couldn’t give this product anything less than five stars all the way. It’s easy to work with and I’m confident the adhesion is solid (as long as you use lots of heat!). As for longevity, I’ll have to update on that down the road since I’ve just installed it but my first impressions are very good. If you’re on the fence like I was, give it a try I bet you’ll be glad you did!

Difficult to work with
This vinyl does not shrink when heated. This will make it very difficult to fix creases. Headlights lose significant light output even with Matrix LEDs using the light smoke. Very noticeable at night. Applying to taillights make them look faded and cheap. Wrap is prone to lifting on edges.Overall, would not buy this product again for tinting headlights or taillights.

It looks very OEM.

Great self adhesive tint!
I use this for a variety of functions outside of car tint application. It’s easy to use and cut. Sticks well when applied to glass and the ‘light’ tint provides an enough to cut a really bright light. Applied to exterior landscape lights that were too bright. Would use again.

Not light smoke
Thing was purple way purple. Otherwise no issues. Returned it

Be good with a heat gun
This film is of great quality, a thick film which will protect my headlights. But if you put this on a curved surface, you better be good with a heat gun. This film does not play well with curved surfaces. I have done many vinyl applications so, I had no real problems.

Decent
My headlights are a super strange shape so it’s not so easy to heat this product cause it will rip if you over heat it. The quality is pretty good but I would recommend using a better quality protection like lumar or Xpel. Those are real paint protection headlight films that tinters use. It did last a super long time but I had to take it off because I didn’t wrap it correctly and it started peeling. I would recommend heating down the edges as water will get in and it will bubble. You can use a hair dryer or heat gun!

Great quality vinyl, but needs LOTS of patience
If it’s your first time using vinyl film (like myself), then you will definitely need to take your time especially around curves and edges. Luckily I left some space at the edges, because I wrinkled it so many times and I was on the verge of giving up. Worked out with some heat and squeegee tool. Don’t put your fingers under the area where light will be, because your fingerprints will show up.You NEED a heat gun (blow dryer heats too slow). If you heat it too much, the vinyl will rip so do NOT pull on it as its heating and softening, just hold it. Heat it enough so you can pull it tight across the curves and edges, and use a squeegee tool (using your hands on bulk will wrinkle it). Watch the YouTube videos that VViVid has, they’re extremely helpful.Light smoke tint

8/10
I had no problems with the delivery or install and the product looks great and is the perfect amount of smoke for my tail lights. However if you trying this yourself and a beginner it is not a stretchy vinyl and is thick so I would not recommend for complex headlights with lots of angles or if your new to using film.

Not for amatures
This is an amazing product and well worth the money if you know what you’re doing. This is not something I would recommend for the average person. You need to have a lot of patience and have some understanding of how to rap or tint.I recommend purchasing this product and having it installed by a professional
