Super phone, great reliabilbity, easy to use.
Well designed, easy to hold on to. Love all of the features of the phone and especially the talk to text option. Lots of choices for cases. Lots of personalization options for things you use or don't use. Easy to find what you need on the phone. Wi-Fi built in. GPS directions, etc.For a phone that has been around for a while it is super and I would purchase it again.

Not a new phone..but used!
I ordered this phone..it stated new. It was not new..the phone was full of contacts, pictures, and personal information.

Is this a Straight Talk phone?
I am not sure what happened with this phone. I spent approximately 2 hours speaking with Straight Talk trying to get the phone activated just to be told this phone was not programmable through Straight Talk and it was NOT a Straight Talk phone therefore they could not activate it...??? I had to return it.

It is good for what I need it for
It is good for what I need it for, the reception is not as good as my last Samsung Proclaim but it gets the job done. Since I'm not one of those people that does everything on their phone I'm okay with this one. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the reception issues. I know some would tell me that its my network but I had the same network as I always had and the previous phone was cheaper so go figure.

Wow. Way better than I expected. I have gone from a not-very-bright-at-all-phone to a pretty-darn-smart-phone. Apple, eat your heart out.

We can't activate this phone it's locked so what do we do

I did not have this problem with the one i bought from frys
It's nice but for some reason if you plug headphones in and then turn it one it keeps restarting until you take them out
