We just bought a new house and ordered 6 of these. One for each bathroom and kitchen in the home. Only one of those did not work. Did the return, printed the return label, and got a replacement right away, no hassle! The replacement works just great.This stands about 8 inches tall from the bottom of the container to the top of the dispenser. It is approximately 4 inches wide from one side of the bottle to the end of the dispensing nozzle. Each side of the soap container is approximately 2 3/4 inches wide.We like it set on the higher setting for dispensing more foam, seems to be the perfect amount. So far...so good!

I have had this soap dispenser for 1 week and works as it states it will.What I dislike is the quality of the product. The picture and description lack a few details.1. Out of the box the unit is very light weight, top heavy and feels cheep for the price2. They did not include a USB charger ... the cable only was provided.3. The instructions do not mention what amps or volts the unit requires to be charged4. The thin plastic container is cheap and not ridged at all and relies on the liquid for stability and heftWhat I did like:1. The unit dispenses foam well and has subtle hum2. The sensor is accurate and dispenses foam at the right time, not to early and no waiting3. The unit looks smart and modern and display liquid level clearly4. Amount of foam is adjustable and I chose to user the lower setting as to not waste unwanted foam. Meaning I may have to pump twice for messier hands5. The unit only took 1hour an 20 minutes to charge on a 2.5amp 5 volt charger and did not get hotRecommendations:1. Lower the price to $29.95 US without a charger $34.95 US with a charger2. Use a heavier gauge plastic with a weighted bottom to prevent tip over when the liquid level is low3. Provide the proper charger designed for the pump4. For the current price I would have been satisfied with a heavy glass container for the liquid soap1 year update:1. Unit is still going strong and no issues2. The price was lowered 3 times $29.83 to 25.83 now $22.99 (Thank you for listening)3. Bought 2 more units and one does not hold a charge as well as the other two4. Upgrading the "Overall Rating" to 4 stars (Product is worth the money)

I never write reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised with this. It is plastic when I thought it was going to be glass, but it still looks nice and I have a young son who plastic is probably better for. this is perfect for anyone that wants an easier way to ensure their kids wash their hands with as little mess as possible. It came charged and I set it up in roughly thirty seconds. I love the usb charger port which is so much better for the environment than buying batteries. And the reason I picked this one. The foam it dispenses is super foamy and soft. I just put castille soap with water and it works perfectly. I just wish it was a little less expensive so I could buy one for every bathroom and kitchen in my home!

I liked having a touchless foaming soap dispenser. Unfortunately, it stopped working last week. It had a decent battery and would work for about three weeks without a charge, but there are only two of us in the house and one is gone most of the day. If you don't have an outlet for charging near your sink, good luck charging. Also, you can't use it while it's charging. If this had worked for a year, I would have been okay with it quitting. Not worth the $15, which would buy quite a lot of foaming soap. Another item for the tip.

Over all & So far, I like this a lot but it’s very expensive or I would have bought more. I liked the color (to me it’s more greenish than blueish) of it for our master bath and we use it throughout the day. We had a soap dispenser at each sink but now share this one. I like how the sensor is not overly sensitive & I can easily clean it & around it. I like that we have used it for 5 weeks and it just now needed a recharge, I don’t know how long it took to charge because it was at bedtime when I plugged it in. The foam is nice, but I guess that depends on your soap & how diluted it is, you can adjust the amount that comes out.

Beautiful foaming dispenser & wonderful when it actually works. I charge it over night and it doesn’t register to turn on when my hand is under the spout. I cover the the top view light, wait for The spout to light up & quickly put my hand under the spout. No soap. I clean the “straw” and clear all soap out of the internal soap suction thing. No soap. Maybe I just got a lemon. Would love to get another dispenser, but at this price I’m wary of purchasing another lemon.

I wish I had bought one before I bought a bunch. One of the better looking one of these but entirely unreliable. One of them shuts itself off periodically, the positioning of the foam output and the sensor makes it so that the soap can frequently block the sensor so you have to wipe it clean to get it to dispense again.

I love this soap pump. It's kind of elegant, even though the bottom is plastic, it's well made and very minimal in design. I've had it a few months and have a busy household - during COVID 19 it needed to be charged after two months. Foam seems fine, but this is my first foaming soap dispenser and I cheaped out by trying to use regular soap and water. Foaming soap refill would probably lather better.

Love this! I bought one before but I dropped it and the plastic bottle broke. Was sad because it was white and looked good. Now only transparent ones left . But the motor part still works. So I have an extra motor. I like that it’s waterproof because I use it for foaming body wash in the shower. It is easier for my arthritic hands, no more pumping required.

Easy to set up and works perfectly.
