Great customer service. Very happy with this purchase.I went to their website and sent message was missing the vent adapter piece, they responded and sent it to me by Fedex for no charge. The range hood has been working great for me, it's powerful, hand gestures work fine, remote also works if you prefer that. My contractor installed it and said it was easy to install.

A great hood. Really does a good job at odor removal. The touch control and touch less features work well - no issues a few months in. Installation is straightforward if placing it directly into an upper mounted cabinet. We did not do that here, so there was a little bit of planning how best to build it into the kitchen, but it came out well. Highly recommend. Customer service has been great too.

Kitchen 30 in range hood works great between unit buttons and remote BUT the motion sensors do NOT WORK. Turned the fan on to make sure that it was functional before install but forgot to check the motion sensors. Didn’t realize that it didn’t work until hood was already installed. Average noise level. Good strong fan. Timer has 9 minutes max and sometimes is not enough time to remove strong food smells. Functions great minus the motion sensors not working, hence 4/5!

I purchased the manual version of this fan but it sat in the box for months before we could instal it. Discovered the touch/remote version was sent. Most would love the upgrade. I just prefer manual. Many prefer automatic and/remote.I had left a review expressing my frustration. I am rewriting that review.The company contacted me and made it right.Upon installing the remote did not work and i stated that in my review. A new battery did allow it to work.I'd still prefer manual knobs but as i stated-- the company went above and beyond to make this purchase right and i am now a satisfied customer.It is apparent this company cares about customer satisfaction.It's not necessarily quiet. But i think it's because our previous fan was very quiet and to replace that fan would be $1k. A friend listened to this fan and said it's quieter than hers.Also-- i do like how this fan does not stick out past the cabinets. It is very slim fitting and it does suck up the steam and cooking smells well.

Great hood. Have been using it daily for the last 3 months. Very happy with the price for the quality we got. All the name brand hoods were considerably more expensive, and for something under cabinet, we didn't care much about name brand.One of the parts was missing but we received it promptly after reporting the part missing.

The media could not be loaded. Great looking hood. It has a huge squirrel cage blower that moves a lot of air over from over the stove so if you are a messy cooker or a smoky cooker this thing will do the job. One downside is it’s not a quiet fan. The easy to remove steel filter baffle produce a whistle that could be distracting but is especially annoying when the fan is at its full speed setting. The baffles are very easy to remove and it would work to remove one baffle if you have the fan run for a long time, the noise drops by half with the one filter off. You can hear it in the video. Other then that it’s a great value for a heavy built High capacity designer style steel vent hood. I ammostly happy

Hood vent looks beautiful in my kitchen, absorb the smoke and oder while cooking. Very bright LED lights!! I like the fact as soon as smoke hits the vent it automatically comes on. The customer service is great took care of all my questions and concerns. I recommend anybody to buy this hood vent you want regret it.
