High Wireless Earbuds
I have owned Damson products before and the sound quality is always excellent and their prices very good value.These earbuds provide high quality (HD audio compatible) sound for approx 6 hours without needing a recharge and the included power bank increases this to around 24 hours of charges without the need to do a mains charge. They fit very comfortably in the ears and stay in place very well. Bluetooth connection works flawlessly. Water resistant too. Surely one of the best value wireless earbuds for under £100, let alone the £49 retail price, and you will be supporting a small UK-based business who offers the best customer service I have ever experienced.Highly recommended.

I bought the Cisor speaker so hope the sound quality would be just as good. I am pleased to say that it was. They are astoundingly clear for their micro size. Delighted with my purchase

Do not buy
Don’t buy anything from this company.I bought Hearbuds at Xmas 2020 but they continued to drop pairing with my iPhone multiple times a day. Also the Hearbuds are supplied with two sizes of rubber grommet to hold the buds in your ears. 50% of the time the rubber grommets came away when removing the buds from my ears, leaving them deep inside my ears. I had to glue them on to stop this happening. I had some help from their support team within the refund period (who didn’t even know that they could initiate phone calls when I asked how to do it as the instructions do not state how) but the pairing issue continued. I know I should have requested a refund early on but a busy life got in the way - I then wanted to swap Bluetooth to my laptop (March 2021) but only one would pair, which is when I requested a refund as I’d had enough. Damson asked me to send them back to check, which I did.They told me there was nothing wrong with them but could not explain why I had pairing issues - they requested £20 plus postage to return them to me.They are so awful I do not want them back - cheaply made and probably too quick to market.Damson have stated that the glue was to blame for the pairing issues, which is weird especially after they have stated there is NOTHING wrong with the pairing! As you can tell it’s all finger pointing and no customer service from Damson.

Bought these direct from the damson website, only one ear bud works at a time and the button at the back fell in also just after 1 week, contacted the customer service and was given a few instructions on how to reset them, still didn't work, was offered to return them but I would have to pay the £7 postage which totally infuriates me as it's clearly a faulty product, emailed again to say it's not my fault they don't work and are not fit for purpose but got no reply. Wouldn't recommend based on the fact that the seller was not willing to exchange for a new pair and now I'm £50 down with a rubbish product and even worse customer service!
