Korintje Cinnamon, Ground | Indonesian Cinnamon | Spicy and Sweet Flavor 4 oz.

Okay I didn’t think cinnamon could have a different flavor, I thought of it as pepper—how much variation could it have? But OMG.. this cinnamon is so delicious!! Like many other reviewers, I used it in my Cinnamon rolls because supposedly that is Cinnabons secret ingredient (cinnamon from Indonesia.) And it completely made a difference from my regular cinnamon rolls! My husband and kids couldn’t stop eating it! The flavor was so much more apparent! I’ve never tasted a cinnamon like it. And I also use in my coffees and sweet potatoes… I definitely can’t go without it! Guess I’ll be buying $20 cinnamon bottles now LOL

I always use Burma Spices. It is much better quality, & more flavorful than Spice Island, or McCormick brands. This Korintje is more intense & spicier tasting than cassia cinnamon. However, the flavor seemed to lose its intensity in my baked cinnamon rolls. Strange . . .

I really didn't now what to expect but I must say I was blown away with the flavor and aroma of this cinnamon. I normally only buy cinnamon from the spice selection at my grocery store. I used this cinnamon in my cinnamon rolls and can I tell you it amped up the flavor tremendously. I was looking for the Cinnabon cinnamon flavor and I FOUND IT!! My kids and granddaughter were already in love with my cinnamon rolls now I have exceed their love of my rolls to something almost like the cinnamon roll goddess (LOL) needless to say I am very pleased with this product and will be adding it to all of my recipes that call for cinnamon and will be buying more of it when I run out.

Cinnibon uses similar cinnamon and I replicated the buns perfectly with this brand. It is very intense. I also use every morning in my coffee for regulating blood sugar level

I bought this cinnamon from Amazon after I ran out of my Pampered Chef cinnamon and found out they didn't carry it any longer. I recently had started using cinnamon in my plain nonfat greek yogurt every morning. That with a bit of vanilla flavoring and some fresh fruit makes for a great breakfast. This cinnamon is as good as the PC brand and the company will be my go-to for spices from now on.

Good price for it. Haven't used it in cooking yet but if it's tastes as good as it smells it should be awesome. Will update once I use it
