Jimmy Dean Premium Hot Pork Sausage 16 Oz (4 Pack)

I have eaten this sausage for years. My last purchase was so disappointing. For starters--it has an odd smell. The taste has changed. The texture has changed. While still nice and hot, the flavor was disappointing. Perhaps more sage? Perhaps some other added ingredient? Anyway--its not nearly as good as the original. The texture has changed as well. Its hard to form into a decent patty. And is easily falls apart while cooking. Disappointing! Bring back the original! By the way, I did not buy from this vender. A local grocery purchase. Just wanted to let people know about the change.
