First time air fryer user - How to warm up a sandwich? How to get simple crispy chicken? How to warm up french fries? Index is light gray, hard for these old eyes to see.Got most of these answers by reading various recipes, but would have appreciated some more direct answers for a first time air fryer user.Lots of the recipes look good, and reasonably simple, I will certainly try many of them eventually.Going to look for a really basic instruction book for now.

For what is promised, this cookbook seemed like a steal to me. Well you get what you pay for apparently. The visible print quality is poor. There are typos/mistakes:Page 7: Lobster and scallops recipes are listed in desserts, page 47: “Coat the chicken wings with oi evenly”, page 57: “…in the baking tray of the Ninja Oven”, page 85: recipe calls for mayonnaise / instructions call for cream, strange capitalization / references to dials throughout (still looking for dials on my Vortex), etc. And those are just the most glaring ones I found in browsing the book for all of fifteen minutes.That said, it is jam packed full of basic air fryer/Vortex recipes for a reasonable price, it has a (mostly) well organized index, and a wide variety of types of foods.I am forcing myself to give it a three because it mostly delivers but it is a solid 2.75 really.

A lot of good recipes, things I'm interested in trying. Maybe I should have read the description a bit better cause I'm a super visual person, and there's no pictures. That's the only down side to the book. I like trying new meals, but they have to be visually appealing for me to be interested. But I think I'll still try a few

I purchased this cookbook to learn about air frying, nothing against the authors of this book, but I really was looking for Air Frying for dummies. I'll work through that, LOL. The recipes sound delicious but I'm a visual person and would have liked to have seen a few pictures too.

I purchased this for my mom to help her with learning to use the air fryer that I got her for Christmas. It has a lot of recipes in it that looked great and the book is well organized.

The index on this cookbook is really useless. I can look through the book to find the recipes. It would he helpful if they were listed in alphabetical order instead of page number. The directions are for other air fryers but pictured prominently on the front cover is the air fryer I have. It is confusing and misleading to talk about one and picture the other. No pictures?? Why?? There are a lot of recipes, but no descriptions or pictures on how the items will look after cooking. The number of recipes is the one good thing about this book.

The recipe book pictures the Vortex Air Fryer Oven on the front, but some of the recipes inside don't match the oven. For example, some indicate to set the dial to ______....there is no dial on the vortex Air Fryer. Some state to place the content inside the basket....the Vortex oven has a rotisserie basket....I cannot comment on the recipes, because I have not found one that I actually tried.

No INDEX.. Table of contents and recipe titles are printed in very light halftone grey. These areas would benefit from dark bold print. Editor dropped the ball.NOT for the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven as shown on the cover.I will keep this book. Contents and directions are good.Hopefully the next printing will correct the printing complaints.

I was very disappointed in this cook book.1. No pictures whatsoever. I find this unusual for a cookbook.2. The Index list is done in faint ink and hard to read.3. This book has not been proof read properly. There are grammatical errors and spelling mistakes on EVERY page.4. The recipes are printed one after the other on the page and the titles are in faint ink and hard to read. There is no gap between recipes.5. One recipe could be in cups and the next in ounces or some recipes have the flour in ounces and other ingredients in cups.6. I have found many recipes where the amount of the ingredient was incorrect. For example a 6 lb pork road had to be covered in one CUP of olive oil.7. Under the dessert recipes were a number of fish recipes.I would not recommend this cookbook. I am returning this awful book.

All the recipes in the book are for a different type of air fryer. The recipes are for the basket style air fryer even though the air fryer pictured on the cover is the oven style.

This book is good and has lots of recipes but I wish it had pictures.

Like the variety if recipes. Kindle version a little harder to work with
