This is a great product with many great features. Its has a keypad, fingerprint reader, keyfab, app plus key opening. I was torn with this and a Nest/Yale lock but this won out on features/price.However installation took 4 hours. I read the instructions and watched the videos and still had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. I had bought one of these locks before and had similar issues on the install. You'd think 2nd time would be easier. The tricky part is that they refer to a left/right opening door but the 2nd time they refer to a pic of left/right lock placement for the tongue of the lock. In my case I had a right opening door. No matter what the pictures show, follow ALL diagrams/instructions that state RIGHT interior placement. That should save you a few hours. Also dont tighten it all together until you test all modes, key opening, keypad, manual and scanner.Another alternative is to get a locksmith to do the install. Once you get it installed you'll love it.

I am a real buyer and this lock is awful. It works when your phone is 2’ away or less. It works 1 out of every 10 times you try to use it, no matter what phone we use. The return window is 30 days (from purchase!) which is a red flag. We installed on day 25, tried to figure it out and now it’s day 33 and I’m stuck with throwing away the trash.

Just installed! We picked this one because it had a promo and was super affordable. It’s super easy, we love the IC card (FOB) function. Being able to lock and unlock on our app and send people their own access codes to track who is entering the property is awesome!! Highly recommend if you have pet sitters or house cleaners! It’s super sleek and works great so far!UPDATE: The lock has stopped responding correctly. We have updated the batteries tried to reset, have plugged into a USBC and now the screen will only respond when plugged in. I’ve emailed customer service twice to no avail. We haven’t even had it a year yet.

Purchased 2 of these 3 weeks ago, one for our front door and one for the back. The backdoor lock stopped working after 2 weeks and i am unable to operate it in any capacity. I’ve tried resetting it multiple time last and that did not help. It also will not let me delete it from the app to try and reinstall it. Also, i wasn’t ever able to get either of the key holes opened on either of the two locks. Will be returning and purchasing another brand that’s more reliable.

When we got this lock I thought it was great...then it seemed the longer we had it the more times it wouldn't lock. Then today it wouldn't unlock. The actual deadbolt assembly was broken and wouldn't unlock. Just took all of it off and threw in the trash...6 months is all we got out of it.

This was a pretty good smart lock once installed. It was pretty simple to install but I did have to drill 2 holes thru the door. The first one I got did not come on so had to return it. I think it was faulty wiring inside. The 2nd one is working like a charm. Only drawback is that it takes just 4 double a batteries. Will try to update how long they last inside the lock.

I got this one to replace my August lock. The lock works amazingly. It is fast and quiet. The addition of having the card fobs is great. It is sleek and modern looking.The installation videos are pretty good. I did have to drill a few holes to get the lock to be straight.I would highly recommend this!

Put this on front door didn’t work. If I shut door bolt won’t come out even though it has room. I have played with it and tried various adjustments but it will not work. I have been using manual key few weeks and lock is not working now. Can’t pull out the key after locking with key. Very cheap. Have only had 2 months not worth your time directions aren’t good either. Don't buy.
