Hello! Best way to do the challenge is by taking the Shake Me at 8am followed by Power Me at 11am then eat your lunch at 2pm, at 5pm take your Cleanse Me and at 8pm another Shake me! Make sure to drink plenty of water around 1.5-2L daily. I lost 8lbs in the 10 days without doing any workout. I am going to try it again with atleast 30 min of exercise a day and see how it goes 😊
