Most of the chocolate had been completely melted at some point
Some of the chocolate had clearly been completely melted at some point. Other chocolate in the box was fine so it's clear that the melted chocolate had been packed in this awful state??This was a special gift and was upsetting to see the recipient open it and the first thing to see was a completely misshapened chocolate bar... especially at such an expensive price I expected much better quality than this.
