this was brought for my mother-in-law [88] for large numbers . but instructions for setting up phone was hard to follow I stumbled upon menu to set it

Volume no better than normal phone
Volume was supposed to be amplified but sound no better than our normal phone. Sent back for refund. Had to pay for return postage myself seller did not refund it, not happy.

Cheap looking and feeling, awful menus and now failed after a few months with loud background noise. Plugged an old phone back in and the line is crystal clear again!
