Hydro Protector Silicone Guard Protective Sleeve Cover Case for Hydro Flask Water Bottles (Multiple Sizes & Colors)

It was exciting that the product was available and delivered quickly. Liked the idea of a silicone protective case after my wife bought a hydro guard in Hawaii. Decided to try the Hydro Protector case because I liked the cut outs and increase visibility of the logo and bottle color design. Packaging was excellent. Initial impression was good. When I tried to put the Hydro protector on my Hydro flask is where the problems began. The protector is snug and difficult to get on. The silicone is fragile, instructions for applying the cover should be followed, but within 10 seconds I tore the silicone protector at one of the cut out spots. Hopefully customer service is good...UPDATE: Customer service was great. New cover on the way. Tip to apply a drop or two of olive oil to make applying case easier. Cover went on no problem without tearing. Extremely pleased with the product and especially the customer service.

This sleeve was priced higher than several others but I selected it because it was the only one I found that had the cut out for the hydroflask logo. I also thought the color looked like it would match my staw cap lid best. It does match perfectly and looks great. It has an awesome fit. I have had it on/off a couple times for washing and it hasn't seemed to stretch out. I am very happy with this product.

This cover is more expensive than others, but I went with it because it's designed specifically for Hydro Flask. I saw a few reviews in which the cover was torn during installation. I was confident I could avoid that...NOPE. Very thin material...the cover tore while I was trying to rotate it slightly to center the logo in the window. Emailed the company five days ago...no response. I'll eat this one and buy another Onoola silicone sleeve which is less expensive, a little thicker, and has never torn after several installs and removals on my other Hydro Flasks. Buyer beware with this product and company...UPDATE: After a few weeks the company read my review and contacted me. They sent me a new sleeve. I was able to get it on without tearing it this time. As I stated before, the product is thinner than the Onoola covers I typically use, so removing and installing the sleeve periodically to clean the outside of the bottle is still a concern for me. That and the fact this product is more expensive than the Onoola sleeve prevents it from getting 5 stars. But, I appreciate the company reaching out and replacing the original sleeve, so I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

So after reading the reviews and googling protection covers for hydros I’ve come to the conclusion that this one looks like you’d be the best decision and it’s a little higher in price then I would like to spend on protecting the Hydro flask but I ended up buying it for my boyfriend for his birthday with the Hydro following the directions from the email using the olive oil applying it and not Pulling it on but using the forceful push it still hesitated and cracked were the circles were on the little holes I’m frustrated because even following the insulation protocol still didn’t work efficiently like the instructions did explain

I was so excited to receive this Hydro Protector. I finally received a Hydro Flask as a gift for Christmas from my nephew. I waited to use it until my protection & handle came today. I read the instructions & attempted to install the sleeve. It wasn’t an easy task. I’m not a woman who suffers from dexterity issues. Yet, I had such a struggle getting the protector on my HF fell while attempting to put it on. My brand new bottle is scratched & dented from the fall. To make matters worse, the sleeve tore in the process. I thought I was getting a strong solid product. Especially since the sleeve is one of the most expensive brands out. I wouldn’t suggest this product to my friends, family or my worst enemy. Too expensive to tear on the day I receive it and attempt to install it exactly how the instructions advised me to.

Perfect fitment and protects my stainless hydroflask from any dings and scratches! Works great during summer too since the stainless can be too hot to handle if left in the sun. Also another plus is it quiets down the flask when placing it on a hard surface. I also love how it exposes the hydro flask symbol.

Love this product. Have purchased 6 of them now for 6 different bottles. Won’t own a hydro flask without this sweet protection! Looks good, protects my bottle and probably helps with keeping it cold...even sitting in my 100+ degree car all day! Best protector ever!

I had been using a product from competitor with no problem. This item, however ripped almost immediately. This company may have other good products, but I do not recommend this item.
