I have on several occasions been able to verify that I was making an accurate working field impression because I had this book with me. It is an extensive source of knowledge that is also fun for me to read on my own time and expand the horizons of my practice. Furthermore it has helped me give accurate explanations for field decisions to nurses and doctors at the ED.
