Four Seasons Pasta: A Year of Inspired Recipes in the Italian Tradition

This book has so many wonderful recipes. I picked it up on sale at our local Hy-Vee years ago and was impressed the quality and simplicity of the recipes. All the ones we have tried have been good. I now purchase these as gifts.

Fabulous book, I make many of these recipes on a regular basis. I'm not one to make my own pasta but with good quality dried pasta the recipes taste delicious.

Nothing interesting or new in this book. I regret buying it.

You must buy this book! Every recipe we've made has been so delicious and amazingly simple. They are also very authentic- we've been to Italy and these are the kind of pasta dishes we ate there.
