WE FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS VERY CLOSELY BUT ....
Honestly, we wanted to like it...but it has driven both me and my husband craaazy..and he's better with figuring out problems like this...but I spent so much time and he spent sooooo much timetrying to figure it out...when we were 100% sure we did everything right and we STILLcouldn't hear well or got terrible static...we both just figured..this is a huge lemon..very sorry I bought it...and I was so happy to get it and SURE we'd be happy, I threw the box out..SO now, can't even get a refund.very very upset about this. I bought a Unisar for my home in Baltimore and we've been 100% satisfied. I thought thiswas the same one but it's not.

Did not work as expected
These only worked about 5 feet away from the wireless tower. My daughter was very disappointed. We have another cheaper brand that works much better. We returned them and are waiting for a refund, unfortunately we are out the shipping to us and back to them.

Bad Quality
It does not have good range, just couple of meters and my bed is three meters away from the TV.The batteries of both devices, headset and the base do not reach just one hour and start big noise and finnaly dies.It's my worst experience buying by Amazone...i do not recommend this product at all.

Hard to get the batteries in and out Then after a aouple of times the piece that holds the batteries in broke and could not ne fasten. I put it in the trash where it belonged in the first place.

White noise
Just received these, thinking they'd be perfect for my 6 year old who has a tendency to chew up the cords on all the headphones I buy... Tried them on my new desktop computer. They are however pretty much useless, as there is so much white noise being picked up by the headset, you can hardly hear the sounds you are trying to hear. Needed to put the volume on max to get anything. And every time I moved my head, I got a loud scratching sound. It's like listening to longwave radio on a pre-war set. Not recommended.
