It really great to have a "real" soy sauce with less salt! True flavor of the sauce presents itself , so much chinese food has salt already in it

Flavor is a bit mild it is not as intense as most soy sauce. I think you need to use more than a recipe calls for.

The product is fine, why I gave it two stars is because when they arrive this week (September 18th) they expire in two months! I love soy sauce as much as the next person but I can't consume two bottles in two months. There was nothing in the description that indicated an experiation date of this year.
