Changed from Stratch Pro ( after three years usage of ca 150 weekly miles on average) to this one due to a prostatic condition. First ride is very good, totally different no perianal pressure compared to a normal shaped seat, gone is the "pressure there" sensation. Contact points do change and I'm in the adaptation process. Definitely there is a need for these saddle designs out there. With more information available to the public I'm positive we'd see far more of this design types in the cycling community. Will update after logging far more saddle usage time.
