This product cleans the LVP floors so well— you either spray it directly to the floor and mop with a wet cloth or use directly in the bucket of water. I’m amazed how clean the floors got. I even cleaned my kitchen cabinets with it and they turned out so nice.

This cleaner came highly recommended for hardwood floors with a waterbased polyurethane finish. I got my floors refinished recently and wanted a cleaner that wouldn't leave behind buildup, wouldn't make my floors cloudy, sticky or slippery, or break down the finish over time. I learned that common cleaning products like vinegar and even murphy's oil soap actually end up destroying the floor in the long term. This cleaner is streak free, residue free, and I don't have to worry about harming my beautiful new wood floors.

First off I would like to mention that I run a floor cleaning company, which includes hardwoods. I have used this particular product for nearly 2 years, however it was previously from another vendor with no trouble and have loved it. I used this bottle the other day on my hardwoods and it left an unbelievable oily residue that could not be removed, no matter what I did. Thankfully because we professionally clean wood floors my husband knew how to correct this, which takes about 4-5 hours, professional equipment and dry time. I’m hoping that somehow this particular bottle was defective and no one else is having this same issue.

I had engineered hardwood flooring installed in March and purchased Bona hardwood cleaner product to clean them. I followed the directions and made sure that the microfiber pad was clean and free of any residue from anything but after using it three times my floors began to look dull and it left a film which was disheartening I ordered Squeaky and let me tell you this product is amazing, it removed the film and did a great job cleaning and my floors are back to looking as they should. Thank you Basic Coating for making such a good product and giving me my beautiful floors back.

Flooring company recommended this over Bona. Not sure why. Works the same on freshly refinished hardwood as far as I could tell. Left water marks where I used too much water. I had to go back and tempo with only cleaner on the mop, no water

Easy to use right from the bottle, cleans the floor and doesn't leave streaks.

This product cleaned my floors ok but, did not leave the shine I hoped it would. Guess I will stick to what I've been using.

I read about this product on a wood floor site -someone reviewing the floor he'd purchased mentioned he used only this after researching floor cleaners. I had never heard of it, which surprised me, because I've done a few deep dives on floor cleaners, having been frustrated over the years trying to keep ours looking nice. This does exactly what you want. It cleans the floor really well without leaving any residue behind. I know people say the same about Bona, Rejuvenation, and a slew of other products, but those haven't worked for us. This product is excellent.
