Great Blankets - Difficult to choose a color theme via Amazon
I ordered these blankets and really wanted a brown and yellow color scheme as in the photo. The blankets i received were great but not the colors I was looking for. I did return them and actually ordered them directly from rolling sands harmony's website. They called me and went over in great detail what colors they had. I ordered two blue blankets that are really nice.

Nothing like the example photo.
While the blanket itself is perfectly decent- warm, fairly soft, snuggly- it doesn't look anything like the examples shown. I selected "light gray" and would have been delighted with either of the accent colors shown but the blanket I received is entirely gray, black, and white except for an awkward, very small spot of bright green right in the center. The fringe also contains flecks of random colors that don't particularly match the center green splotch. If there had been more green- similar to the gold in the example photo- I think it would have looked less like an afterthought or a mistake and I would have been much happier with it. As it is, it's just kind of... meh. It'll do fine as a blanket but it isn't what I was expecting from the product images. The quality seems good and it held up well in a gentle wash cycle so I can see upgrading it to three stars once the color-related disappointment wears off.Edited to Add: After going through the wash one more time, the fringe ended up falling off in chunks and looking like a cross between cat vomit and a tarantula. I ended up cutting it all off which means my blanket is now unraveling at the ends. I've got it folded up across the top of my couch as a decoration (or emergency blanket) but had much higher hopes for it. My blanket-related disappointment only intensified so the two star review stands.

Makes for a great gift!
Purchased as a gift for a friend of mine and she absolutely LOVED it. I ordered grey and ended up getting a really nice grey / blue colored one although I was hoping for either the yellow or coral that was pictured. I originally hated the idea that I couldn't choose exactly what color I was getting but then I got over it - it's kind of fun not knowing what exact color will be arriving.Anyway the blanket itself seemed well made and my friend won't stop raving about it. Felt very comfortable and durable. I guess time will tell. Now I have to buy one for myself.

A good looking blanket
This is the second of these rolling sands blankets I've bought, but a different color. Being handmade they are not exactly the same size, which is expected. They wash well. I use it primarily as a meditation seat, folded into quarters, with a Mudra Craft meditations bench. Perfect. It's also a reasonable light bed blanket . . . not winter survival grade but good enough. These are good looking blankets.

Good Yoga Blanket!
Got this blanket for yoga. Decided that using the same blanket at the YMCA yoga classes as ... who knows who ... was not the way to go any longer. Have my own mat, need my own yoga blanket for shavasana.This blanket is much like the ones at the Y. It is not overly bulky, nor too thin. Works well for savanna, and for a prop during practice (like under the bottom to make sitting poses a little more comfortable). Quality is good, colors are as expected from the website.I recommend!

Good, but not very durable in washes
I bought the brown blanket to cover my sofa from dog hair. It's large enough to cover a standard size 3 person sofa, but hasn't held up very well in washes. The dog hair gets caught up and doesn't completely wash off. I've tried vacuuming the blanket and it pulled the threads. For now, it works, but I'll have to either order another one when this one gets too bad or find an alternative b

Best Yoga Blanket Ever
I’ve had this blanket for years now and I still LOVE it. Great investment.I’ve used it for yoga. I’ve used it for camping. I’ve used it as a bed for my cat. I’ve used it for guests on the couch. It’s been great for all those uses. Washes clean.

Great outdoor blanket
I ordered the grey option and received the grey/green combo. A soft, pretty blanket great for taking outside on the grass/sand. My cousin like mine, so she ordered the burgundy and received the burgundy/tan blanket. The middle diamond seems out of place, as it is a bright color against neutrals. Either way, she can overlook it and plans to keep hers as well.
