Great fit!
These are absolutely AMAZING. They're comfortable, they fit well inside the shoe, and they add quite the boost. I'm a 5'4", 17 year old boy, which definitely isn't fun. These insoles made a huge difference.Some of my shoes are different sizes, so I think I'll be purchasing more to not only fit into all my shoes, but also be able to adjust the height I want for shoes like high-tops, sneakers, dress shoes, and boots. Will be buying more soon!

These are great. I have fallen arches, so need support. I got these specifically to use with boots and winter shoes, I already tried them, and they're super-comfortable. It was easy to follow the tracing to cut the sole for my size, too. I don't need the extra height "attachments," but it was interesting how they "snap" on so you can customize your additional height if you get them for that purpose. They're sturdy, well-made, and a great value.

Comfy secret heels! Great for arches!
Love these, I stacked all of them to get the full additional height and make a pair of sneakers I love into hidden wedge sneakers, they feel great and look super cute on now. Note, these insoles are squishy and comfy however because of the squish I'm not sure you're getting the full 2.5 inches when worn, I haven't taken exact height measurements though. That being said, they're some of the most comfortable shoes I own now, and I'll be buying more soon.

The insoles are comfortable
I purchased this product as an insole and not for the lift. as insoles the product is comfortable. I have not tried the additional lift parts but the plantar section is thin and just enough for comfort.

Horrible Smell, Not Functional and Low-Quality
Size 8.5-9 in mens and haven't been able to use these with any shoes or boots that I own. They've been just sitting there in the shoe box for months now. Good concept, but not really functional! Definitely have a strong chemical and rubber smell to them, which i'm guessing is harmful and toxic to the body! Would like to also see these made with a more eco-friendly and quality material.

Not for people with back pain. No No No
I bought this for me and I plan to wear it in my wedding. But I give up the idea when The first time I tried to put it in my shoes. It looked so bad and uncomfortable, its also have bad smell. For people with back pain like me. I recommend not buying it from the beginning. It will hurt your back.
