I always buy Scotch Magic Tape refills for my tape dispenser/ I am brand loyal because this is the best performing tape. It always sticks and never accidently tears.

Liked everything about this tape. Easy to use and the plastic assembly which comes with the tape also works really well. It’s easy to get the right length if one is careful. What I do is use only short lengths to prevent the tape sticking to itself. I use enough short lengths to seal each paper overlap until I am done. Then I place a longer piece of tape along the major overlaps. Makes it look tidier. The trick is to buy more than enough tape there is no likelihood of running out of tape. The tape doesn’t deteriorate for years so what is left can be used for other wrapping projects. Best to order early before Christmas, same for wrapping paper.

Too costly

Still the best one without unpleasant residue and writable.
