Love the product bigtime! Prefer this seller over another seller.
I This was my first time buying actual cod liver . I didn't know what to expect in terms of salinity, or fishy smells/flavor. I was thrilled to find this brand is divine tasting and is not overly salty. Nor does it smell fishy at all. I knew it would be of very soft texture and packed in it's own cod liver oil. I loved it eaten straight from the tin. Recently discovered how beautifully it mixes as an ingredient into salad dressing using garlic powder, Sari Nutritional Yeast, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, cabbage, small bit of sour kraut. This makes a slaw that is bursting with flavor and gives you explosive energy and has complex flavors. Because this brand of cod liver is not overly salty it enables you to let your homemade sour kraut's saltiness provide much of the salt in this slaw/salad dressing . I will be stocking up on this product , especially from this particular shipper because they shipped fast and used those protective plastic "air pillow" cushions inside a carton.( another shipper I bought this product from used a postal cardboard envelope that luckily arrived intact, but the envelope . almost crushed in half... and had to go to post office to pick it up) This shipper shipped to doorstep next-day. Seriously delicious cod liver this is!

Soft. Delicious. Great On Toast! Affordable. No Bull.
I take chances on new products, most products are mediocre and will not buy again, but sometimes I get lucky. I've already re-ordered this product two times. As long as the quality is maintained, this product will always be in my pantry, its healthy and delicious.I drain the cod liver oil in a glass jar that I keep refrigerated.I sprinkle a bit of the remaining cod liver oil on my Ezekiel Sesame Toast, then smoosh the cod liver from one tin container on two toast slices. Sometimes I add a little trout roe. It's hard to beat the price, taste, and nutritional value.

Delicious and Nutritious
This stuff rocks. I've been eating it for breakfast a few times a week on some natural sour dough toast. I butter my toast. I add real lemon powder and tobasco to my cod livers and crush them up in a bowl. I put it on my toast as I go. I feel full all morning, and I have tremendous energy to complete tasks. It has become one of my great pleasures throughout my days. I HIGHLY recommend you try it. I'm starting to eat better in general because I can feel the nutrients surge through me when I eat this. Other food tastes EMPTY in comparison.

Bargain. Just the same as the more expensive alternative.
I have always bought the expensive version in the white tin. This looks and tastes identical. I was worried by some reports of high oil content. This is an issue that all the different makes have from time to time. I have had the expensive white Islandic one where there was 50% oil and they didn't care when I complained! Recently I haven't had problems. This particular product has an average amount of oil, certainly nothing to complain about. At the price I will only buy this product. For those who have a problem with the fishy taste of cod's liver, try mixing it with avocado which masks the taste and texture and is actually quite delicious!

Taste is great
The only drawback for me, if I eat too much of it, I will have gout in my foot. So for me I have to eat in moderation. I eat a third of it every couple days and have had no more issues.

Spoiled prodcut
I received a package of 10 cod liver cans in January 2022. One of the cans appeared to be spoiled, however, the can outside it looked OK (it was not expanded). I noticed the gray color on the side of the liver and weird smell, but because I already ate part of the can, I had to clean up my stomach by "two-fingers" method - I was afraid of the food borne Botulinum toxin that is deadly . It worked. I am not done with the rest of the cans, but I will post an update. If I get a compensation receiving a pack of 10 cans and all these cans are good, I will consider the "spoiled can" as a rare occurrence and update this post properly.
