I read the reviews carefully because I needed sturdy plates for a big dinner. I had 80 people at a dinner. The plates are beautiful but the minute people started putting food on them they bent, twisted, it was a disaster. Thankfully I had other plates from a previous dinner and started handing out other plates to put underneath these for those who had already put food on the plate and replace the plate for those who hadn't. It's best to use these as chargers under clear plastic plates or for salad or something very light. I don't think they would even work for appetizers or desserts.

I recently visited a hotel with the Iconic banana leaf wallpaper and then came across this disposable plate set. Quality is good and the design is cute. I used it for a themed party. My only wish is that it was available in a larger pack. Next time I’ll need to purchase a few at a time for my guest.

I ordered these for a Christmas party because I liked the design and square shape. They were perfect for finger foods. I don’t know if I would use them for a full meal might not be strong enough.

These are best for like buns or bread rolls. Or maybe cookies. Very flimsy and not sturdy enough for much food.
