Having read one of Eden Bradley series..This particular series had me utterly intrigued. Dark,Decadent and dangerous.. Dangerously Bound, is a sadomasochistic dream. The book is evocative.The book is well written,the plot and character development is consummate( the highest degree).Gave the book 5 star, because the sensuality and sexuality was absolutely palpable.And just fell for the characters. Allie LeClair, sexy,sassy and beautifully Submissive,has tried to escape her past(her master)...a past that she now embraces. Returning to New Orleans and to the one man who has haunted her every sexual fantasy! Will this time be different or will their tumultuous past come back to bite them(no pun). Mick Reid,dark,handsome and is a Master(iron fist and one hell of a bite). When he learns that"the one who got away" is back in New Orleans..he only knows this time he will possess her(consuming her..literally). He has denied them both, his taste for kink is ferocious.. and Allie, his babygirl is innocent,unbeknownst she is a well established submissive(he doesn't care to imagine..who she has been under).They decide to give their relationship another shot, what happens between them is a culmination,the utter need to devour and consume(salaciousness,voraciousness and utterly libidinous).Can past mistakes be undone? Will Allie save Mick from himself? And can they realize that love and sex go hand in hand?The sadist can't survive without the masochist. I would recommend this book it's a fantastic read.

Eden Bradley writes some of the most intensely sensual erotic romance I've ever read. Each word she uses to describe a scene brings you the sights, sounds, smell and emotions surrounding her characters. In this case it's sense of New Orleans she gives us as well as the intensity of the love between Mick and Allie. The raw emtions of their past together are evoked by their reconnection.Such provocative reading. These characters are flaed, strong, vulnerable, intense and rich. I dare you to another author who can out write Eden Bradley.

the woman said its a great book

This book was so disappointing. I want to first say this book was extremely misleading. This is not truly about bdsm, rather bdsm terms are sprinkled here and there. This is more of a cliche love story with some "kink" thrown in. There were really only 2 bdsm scenes...the rest is just "rough sex." I found both characters Mick and Allie to be completely annoying. Mick just complained about his accident the whole time. Allie never changed from the silly school girl she was when they first met. The whole book is just them going back and forth about some made up obstacle in their relationship they can't seem to overcome. Yes, some scenes were good but some were also painfully bad. I find their relationship to be almost unhealthy similar to the dynamic in 50 Shades. Another boy turns to bdsm to deal with his demons tale. I was not a fan. Couldn't wait for it to be over.

I could not put this book (kindle) down :). I cannot wait for the next in the series...Kudos to Eden Bradley. I love all of her work and this is another example of how talented she is! BDSM, love, relationships....has it all!
