Do not recommend
I bought these towels because they were well reviewed and labeled "All-Clad." Have had 4 months and the "sizing" has not left after repeated washings (or is it just the fabric). They do not absorb anything. All hem threads have broken in places and the thread just comes right out. Unfortunately, these towels have gone to the rag bag already.

Beware of washing this towel. It might fray at the binding.
This was an expensive towel. After its second washing (the first to simply "set" the color), it frayed at the binding. It is beyond the return period, naturally. This should not happen with a name-brand like All-Clad.

Don't buy this - doesn't absorb water
You had one job towel! Inexplicably does a terrible job of absorbing water. When I try to wipe down the sink, it just moves water around, as if this towel was waterproof. I put it through the laundry hoping that'd improve things but it didn't. Still useless.ALSO - I bought this because it had a hanging loop, but the loop is really small, and only just barely fits around a modern door handle. So much fail in this purchase.

Excellent quality/durability
I've owned these towels for 3 years now of daily use. I do have 4 colors that I rotate through because I change towels daily/every other day. Use them first as handtowels, and when they get dirty I use them for general kitchen cleanup (hot water + dish soap). Then wash, and repeat. I have other white towels I use for bleach cleaning purposes. Anyway these towels are thick and nice quality. They have held up with daily use over 3 years now and still look really good. If you're looking for a good quality and durable towel that feels nice this is highly recommended by me.

Beautiful towels but color error
BEWARE - these are beautiful towels and I'm very happy with the one I received but it took a lot of work. The picture shows a light tan towel with brown check style stripes but names it cornflower. Cornflowers are blue. I ordered this towel as I already had one and was completing a set. The one I received was blue, not what was pictured. Doing a search by the name of the color, almonds and chocolate, brought me to the right towel. Other than that the towels are wonderful but I just want to let everybody know if it says cornflower it's going to be blue. The tan and brown option is not at this location, look further and look for it by the color name almond and chocolate.
