Great speed rope
I use this in my garage several times a week. I'm 6 ft and didn't cut it at all. It's a good length and is a great rope.

Good basic jump rope
It is adjustable on one end only. The end is obvious if you look at both ends. You have pry the top off the end. Not that easy. Then shove the rope out. Look at the pictures on the Amazon site to figure out the rest of it. After figuring out how long I needed it, I cut it a little long in case I needed more. It works great. I am 72 and haven't jumped rope in decades. It is much harder than I remember, but I am doing it. I just got it so I don't know how long it will last. Probably a long time for me as I can't jump more than a minute at a time. The jump rope is great, the jump roper is pathetic.
