These are great. They're mild fiber supplements and fun to eat - and I think I'd have a hard time finding all-natural gummy candy even without fiber goodness for this price. I'm 52 with chronic constipation and I know how to read labels and talk to doctors, so I know what a good-for-me dose is (which is a lot more than 2 a day, most days) so I keep these in my desk drawer and have a couple whenever the mood takes me. They aren't miraculous but they help in a low-key kind of way - and mild is the way you want to go with a chronic condition. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because I really wish there were more flavors. I like them, but I'd like them a lot more with a little more variety. How about lime? grape? peach? a good strong tangerine? Maybe even grapefruit. Or kiwi! Kiwi would be a great flavor. I suppose that might make it seem more like candy than medicine, but...I mean...they're gummies. You're not going to not get people thinking if them as candy, regardless.

Both my kids used to hold their bowel movements bc of sensory issues. These fiber gummies help keep them regular and are yummy. There is no artificial colorings and they aren’t hard or too chewy. They are not as chewy as gummy bears. We order these if bulk and do 2 in the morning and 1 with dinner if needed
