I like it

I use this ball constantly. It works very well for herbs like rosemary, bay leaves, and thyme when I want to add the flavor of the herbs and then easily remove them so no one gets a big twig of rosemary on their plate (or worse, in their mouth). I also use it constantly to make a big pot of tea when I use tea leaves. It works really well for that. The lid locks on with a twist and stays on well. The only thing I'd note is that the "screen" sides are a little bendy so I have to be careful and not squeeze too hard to avoid deforming it. It washes easily by hand and is small enough to store easily in a drawer. I prefer this ball to cheesecloth bundles for herbs or tea because I feel that ultimately, it's less waste since I generally only use a square of cheesecloth once or twice since it frays if I try to wash it. This ball is washable and will hopefully last many years of use.

The lid can be a little hard to get in, the chain is long enough that I can hang it on my tea jug and it floats. The wires are a little light weight and would be easy to bend, you will have to be care full when holding it, opening and closing it. Easy to use and clean, made well. I am very pleased with this product.

I use this to make mint tea from our own mint leaves (so we need a lot for even a cup), I think this does the job very well, it doesn't rust, its large basket allows a lot of ingredients (which I need). I'm glad a found it! If you find you need to overload tea balls to make your tea, get this jumbo-sized tea ball!

This is a good size, but it's really hard to get the lid on and off. It's a tight fit, and you have to line up the little notches perfectly. Because the mesh is very thin (a good thing), it's hard to grab to twist the lid. You have to put your fingers on the solid part to twist, and that's not easy. Not sure how they could change it, but they should try.

I loved this tea infuser so much that I ordered a second one. Perfect for making pitcher of tea. I make big batches of Ice tea, and this is perfect. I now can make two pitchers at the same time, and bottling the tea.
