Broken 😢 and had to pay 15€ to send it back!
I’m very sad.. the device arrived and to everybody ordering it please check first if the device is working before you wash your face and get ready and then it doesn’t work.. one piece was broken and the whole electric device made weird sounds like it’s broken and the electric doesn’t flow right.. I’m very very sad because I was looking forward to it.. so I unfortunately need to send it back..And today I went to the post office to send it back and they charged me 15€ for sending this product back that was damaged and NOT working when I received it!!! That’s not fair you guys..

This is the 2nd one of these I've bought that's just stopped working while not even being used

plug broken
opened my new high frequency. i tried to plig it in and it was not working because the plug was broken. this was a waste of money

Good but misleading description
I love this machine and it does work, but there is no violet wand as the description claims. All wands have orange gas.

This is a great machine for tackling spots. It is easy to store as it is quite small.

practical thing, easy to use
Good thing! Very easy to use, good price. and I am quite pleased with the quality, the result with the face is not yet very visible, but I do on the spine ( the method of physiotherapy) and it helps ! But be careful with glass electrodes! My bent tube wad broken today, 😥I don’t know can I get a replacement?

Doesnt work
Absolute waste of money. Ive been a salon owner for 40 years. Looks great but just doesnt work. Electrodes dont fit. No power.

So the actual product is really good. I've only used this a number of times since I got it and when placing one of the tools into the holder, it smashed cutting my hand
