I own a six plex apartment building in Portland that has a bike room that just had bike hooks to hold bikes. Recently, someone broke in and stole a few bikes. I also added one in my own house for my commuting bike to keep it off the floor. Put a plastic tray under it to catch the rain residue. Love it.
