Nice wide angle viewing and clarity
I got these for my home security surveillance after having dozens of these installed at my place of work and handling the various elements inside and outside at a meat packing facility that requires washdowns, etc.... Very durable and tamper proof vs other styles where clowns can grab or hit with broom sticks.

Poor image quality vs. their other products.
I purchased one of these 2MP cameras and two of their 4MP versions from a different site. The 2MP version can actually do 30fps which is a must for security, but the 4MP can only do 20fps. I thought I would give them a shot to see if the quality was as good as GeoVisions “Target” series that I also have. I’m very disappointed with these cameras vs. the Target series. I’ve compared picture quality and I can’t tell a difference between the 2MP and 4MP. I’m also having a hard time setting the bit rate. I have a full CAT6 network and my GV-Target series cameras are running at full quality and full bit rate at 30fps no problem. When I set these cameras to full quality and full bit rate they basically record one frame every couple seconds and then they disconnect. I’m going to wait to find a good deal on more Target series cameras and maybe re-sell these. Another huge problem was the Ethernet connector on these. If you’re installing these on a ceiling or wall, and you want to conceal the cables behind it, you need to drill a 1in hole just to push all the connectors through. The GV-Target series only needs a hole the diameter of a CAT6 cable. I don’t recommend these at all.
