8 Piece Silicone Utensil Set Color: Purple

Ouch. I hate to write negative reviews, but I don't have a choice with this one.** Update: While the product didn't hold up, the vendor's fast response and fulfillment of my refund was exemplary. Don't purchase this product, but do give the vendor (mediazone) your business.These look great and are a nice design. We really liked them when we got them. But the whisk and one of the spatulas both broke after less than 2 weeks of light use (spatula after 8 days, whisk after 10 days).The spatula broke because the plastic connecting the silicone head to the handle was weak (possibly defective - the other spatula and spoons have been fine). The whisk broke because the glue holding the whisk head to the handle actually melted when washed in very hot water; in fact the glue actually dripped out onto other dishes (which had to be washed with very hot water to remove the glue).Advice to seller: Hold the manufacturer accountable. The spatula may have just been a defect (those things happen), but they cut corners on the glue.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the negative reviews on here. One of the items was broken when I received it but the seller promptly sent out a replacement. So I thought we were good to go. Now in less than three months they are almost all broken. The pastry brush and one spatula are still in one piece but all the others have come in two where the purple and black meet. Last night it was the spaghetti fork. Even the whisk came unglued. You can't repair them because they just don't stand up to any use no matter how light. Very disappointed especially since they are kind of pricey. Cannot recommend this set even though it looks nice, it's useless.

Junk, three of them broke the first time I used them. Save your money.

all of these utensils snapped right off except the basting brush. I would never recommend these. terrible!!! waste of money.

Broke right were the handle and spoon met. Used 1 time.

Several of the items in this package have snapped with light use over just a few months. We like the color and these are great for using with the non-stick pots and pans, but it is a bummer that half of them are already broken. We will not purchase these again.
