This scanner exceeds the expectations of its price point and is a really great tool for diagnosis and testing, while still being user friendly.Features like bi-directional control and the ability to program keys make this scanner a must have for anyone from the DIY guy to a dealership mechanic without the premium cost of units like snap on. I use the bidirectional controls often to test commonly failed components like fan resistors and fuel pumps.The screen is nice and bright and the camera is a great additional feature. I also like that the hard case has straps inside to keep it from moving around during transportation.This scanner also has update capability and wifi connectivity so you'll always be up to date with the newest models and features without ever having to plug into a computer.All in all I can not think of a better scanner as far as functionality and user interface at this price point. If you're looking to pick up a scanner in this price range, this one will not disappoint!

This scanner does it all! I bought this scanner because I have multiple cars ranging from European, to Japanese to domestic. I needed a scanner that could do all. I recently had been having trouble working on my daughters BMW with my old scanner, but not this one it was able to read everything I was able to test the sdars and the transfer case actuator with the 2 way communication, no need for a laptop and propietary software. I used it to bleed the abs on my 2003 silverado and to reset the airbag light on my 2008 VW. I am telling you this scanner can do everything and when you get trouble codes it will google them and give you instant results no need to pull out your phone or go back to the pc. The large screen is great, and it comes with a nice case to protect it and has room for more cables. When I tried resetting the airbag light on my 99 Mercedes it asked if I had the 16pin or 38 pin. The 16 pin was only able to diagnose the engine codes. So I am definitely going to look into getting the 38 pin that would complete my needs!

At its core, this is an android based tablet that has diagnostic software installed on it. It comes in a black hard plastic case, with a charger and the diagnostic cable. The case has room for additional accessories as you grow or add more components. The unit itself has rubberized sides and is well built.Out of the box you connect it to your wifi and tell it to download software for whatever brand of vehicle you want to use it with. The tablet has enough storage to install all brands (which is what i did), this took about 2 hours total on my wifi. The unit comes with 1 year of autel software which is used for the updates, the subscription is 150/year but does not need to be renewed in order to use the unit, just to continue to update it.Overall the unit works really well and would be a great value for a shop who needs to do diagnostics on a regular basis, it has access to all systems, ABS, SRS, service, etc. In my limited testing i found the system to be fast and responsive and work as expected. Its nice that there is also a web browser for googleing issues or looking up parts, because this is an android tablet.

I acquired this tablet specifically to assist in diagnosing issues with my vehicles. One day, when the warning light on my dashboard illuminated, I sought to utilize the tablet to assess the situation. However, I encountered a persistent issue that has plagued this product since my initial use: the battery life has consistently been disappointingly short, depleting rapidly even when the device is not actively in use.On that particular day, as I attempted to power it on, I was met with considerable disappointment—the tablet was unresponsive and seemingly devoid of charge. In a bid to remedy the situation, I connected it to the original charger included in the packaging. I allowed it to charge for a period of four hours, hoping for a revival, but to my regret, it exhibited no signs of functionality. At present, the unit is entirely nonoperational, and regrettably, I have missed the opportunity for a refund. This situation is particularly frustrating, as I invested a substantial sum in this product, anticipating it would deliver reliable performance.I would not recommend this product as of this moment.

Wide range of compatible vehicles with lots of functionality. Very easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Would be 5 starts if they still allowed to have software placed into a memory card (watch video)Love it , does almost everything. This is a life saver if you work on your own carS or you have friends who work on their cars you guys can really benefit from having such a high end yet well priced device. I’d recommend it for individuals that will be doing multiple cars since it’s still pricy but wow does it do a variety of functions.

Works great, amazing diag abilities and bidirectional tests for the price, highly recommend getting a large storage SD card off the bat though, device doesn't have a lot of internal storage for updates or pictures/report sheets. Otherwise very happy.
