I initially heard about this publication via the author's website. I also have purchased his Chi Power manual as well. I will state right now, that the publications do have some very interesting tips and insider views about the esoteric attainment of oneness with the divine. It is definitely worth the investment for any individual with an earnest heart who is on that path of enlightenment. I think it was worth the investment!

Mostly a rehash of old information from various sources. It is extremely disturbing that he suggests killing an animal that might be draining your chi. Sick idea. Why wouldn't you just use your brain and remove yourself from an uncomfortable situation instead of killing an innocent animal?

This is generally a good book, very informative with useful information. The information is applicable at any age. The info. is hard to find elsewhere.
