Q: How are these different from refresh plus optive preservative free drops?

Refresh Plus uses a Carboxymethylcellulose lubricant. That's fine if you don't have a contact lens in, but for many contact users, the lubricant just gums up the contact. These are basically buffered saline drops, with no gummy lubricants.
