The unit nebuliser works great, very quiet, i was using home made saline solution made with table salt as advised by the great goole search but the pharmacist advised to get the sea salt solution, as table salt can cause irritation, so in the meantime i've been using cooled boiled water, it helps break up the phlegm in my throat and my asthma.I would recommend buying some 2800mah rechargable batteries as those provided are small capacity and i found after a full charge i only got two sessions from it, sometimes i use the usb power when near socket

So far, this product has been just what I have been looking for. I suffer badly with Asthma and although I have only been using this device for two days, the difference is just amazing. Each evening, just before bed, I fill the little tank with 8ml of my own saline solution and breathe the mist in until the tank is exhausted. I then repeat the same procedure next morning. My airways are now clear and I actually slept for a full eight hours last night (first time in many many months). I make my own medium with pure water and a little Himalayan rock salt dissolved in it because the commercially produced saline solutions can be quite expensive to buy. The device seems to be very well made, easy to clean, quite robust, and is so simple to operate. I find it better to use the USB lead instead of the batteries as the mist produced seems to be more consistent, denser, and stronger in volume.

All good apart from batteries don't last long and catch that holds batteries in breaks easy

I don't like that you can't use it when the charger isn't plugged in as it doesn't charge it, it just lets you use it when plugged in. Not good I don't think with electricals on near it and using it. Battery life goes so quickly it's ridiculous. Good product otherwise, I like it.

Helped through a really bad chest infection. Start off slowly until you get the hang of it. Really helped my copd at this time when I would have tried anything. I do advise you to go slowly until you are sure of it.

Easy to carry about. I like the idea that you can use either a battery or mobile phone charger. Which means I can use it in my car when battery has run down or there is power outage.

Batteries became rusty and weren’t used.

The media could not be loaded.  Fast delivery. Item works perfectly fine. This is a very handy nebuliser. No noise at all. So children can tolerate it. You could use 2 rechargeable AA battery and it has a charging port. Would definitely recommend!A year after purchase review. Product is still perfectly working. Just needs fresh sets of batteries after every use or use a rechargeable one. The charging wire is also very handy when batteries are depleted.
